Kevin Lund
Senior Pastor
Kevin Lund grew up in the Seattle area in a Christian family. During his high school years, guided by his youth pastor, he surrendered his life to Christ and began a journey of walking with him. He attended the University of Washington and graduated with a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering and worked for John Deere as an engineer for 9 years. In 1989, Kevin sensed a call on his life to enter vocational ministry and began serving God in that capacity at Trinity Church in Holdrege, Nebraska in early 1990. He served as a pastor at Trinity Church for 16 years (9 years as Senior Pastor). Kevin has served as Senior Pastor of Risen Life Church in Salt Lake City the past 16 years. Through these years, God has placed on Kevin a deep heart for the gospel and its proclamation. In January 2024, God called Kevin to return to Trinity Church in Holdrege and establish a base camp for reaching the world with the gospel. Kevin cherishes the opportunity to shepherd and teach God’s word, leading people to know the joy of serving Jesus with their whole heart. Kevin is in love with his wife Mary of 43 years. He has two sons, Carl (married to Kala) and Bjorn (married to Amber) and two grandchildren, Luke and Landon. In his free time, Kevin enjoys golfing, biking, reading, and dates with Mary.
Alex Mahundi
Executive Pastor
Alex Mahundi joined the Trinity Church staff in July of 2017. He graduated with a Bachelors degree from Fort Hays State University. He is currently pursuing an MBA at Wayne State. He and his wife Kadi have been married since 2013 and have four young children, Samara, Solomon, Serena, and Sedric.
Murray Jones
Pastoral Care
Murray Jones has served on staff at Trinity Church for 20 years. He is a graduate of Denver Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree. He and his wife Lin have been married since 1986 and they have two daughters, Kaylee and Krystal, and one son Eric and his wife Emily, and four grandsons, Samuel, Peter, Reuben, and Phin.
Joshua Berg
Pastor of Worship Arts
Josh joined the team at Trinity Church in August of 2022. He graduated with a Bachelor's from Liberty University and has been married to his wife Sarah since 2017. They have 3 children, Reyma, Atticus, and Meredith.
Grace Lovin
Office Manager
Grace Lovin started at Trinity in April of 2022. She was born and raised in Holdrege and attended Trinity. She has an associate's degree in Business Administration. She is married to Elijah Lovin and they live in Kearney with their two dogs.
Shaylie Edgren
Children's Ministry Coordinator
Shaylie Edgren joined the Trinity team in September of 2023. She was born and raised in Spearfish, South Dakota and recently moved with her husband, Dashton, to Holdrege. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications through Chadron State College.
Kevin Ericson
Building and Grounds
Kevin Ericson has been on staff at Trinity Church since February of 2020. He graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in animal science and ag economics. He and his wife Sandi have been married 43 years. They have six married children and 18 special blessings known as grandchildren.
Allie Schulz
Financial Administrator
Allie Schulz joined the team in February of 2024. She grew up in Holdrege and attended Trinity Church. Married her best friend, Lane Schulz, in April of 2023. They have a chocolate lab named Waylin. She has had various ministry and educational experiences to get her here and she is very thankful to serve the church through her role.
Jill Reed
Women's Ministry Director
Jill joined the staff team in February of 2024, but Trinity has been her church home for 30 years. In 1992, she graduated from UNL with a bachelor's in education. One of her greatest joys is walking alongside others, pointing them to Jesus and the power of the Gospel that continues to transform her life every day. She is thankful for her husband Doug, 30 years of marriage and the blessing of their daughters and spouses: Kate & Eli, Sydney & Colton and their son, Hudson.
